Job Description

Premier Hospitality is seeking two professional Corporate Event Coordinators to support a high-profile corporate event in downtown Chicago, October 5–8, 2026.

This is a temporary event assignment ideal for hospitality and event professionals who are polished, organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate environment. Team members will assist with event operations and provide a welcoming, professional experience for attendees throughout the program.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist event attendees
• Support guest check-in, registration, and directional needs
• Assist with meeting rooms and event activities
• Provide general event and attendee support
• Communicate professionally with clients, attendees, and event leadership
• Help maintain organized and professional event areas
• Follow onsite instructions and event procedures
• Remain proactive, attentive, and guest-focused throughout the assignment

Job Requirements

• Previous corporate events, conferences, conventions, hospitality, or guest services experience preferred
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• Friendly, polished, and comfortable interacting with corporate attendees
• Dependable and punctual
• Able to follow directions and work effectively as part of an event team
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
• Must be available for the required event schedule
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
