Job Description

Premier Hospitality is hiring friendly, professional Event Staff / Guest Engagement Ambassadors for an upcoming interactive wellness event in the Kissimmee / Orlando area.

This is a guest-facing position supporting an interactive wellness experience. We are looking for dependable team members with positive energy, strong communication skills, and a professional appearance.

Monday, August 24, 2026
11:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Tuesday, August 25, 2026
9:45 AM – 4:45 PM

Position: Wellness Activation / Guest Engagement Staff

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage event guests
• Introduce guests to wellness experiences and activations
• Guide guests through assigned activation areas
• Provide friendly and attentive guest assistance
• Sanitize and reset equipment and activation areas
• Keep assigned areas clean, organized, and guest-ready
• Assist the event team as needed
• Help create an upbeat, welcoming experience for attendees

Job Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with guests
• Reliable and punctual
• Professional and well-groomed
• Positive, energetic, and service-oriented
• Comfortable standing throughout the shift
• Able to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Hospitality, event, brand ambassador, promotional, or customer service experience preferred

Uniform:
Black slacks, dark solid-color T-shirt, and clean sneakers.

Applicants must be available for the entire scheduled shift. Availability for both event days is preferred.
