This is a W-2 position with structured scheduling, onsite leadership, and professional standards
April 7 (Training – afternoon)
April 8–10 (Event Days)
Preferred availability April 8 & 9th
Guest check-in and registration support
Badge scanning and credential distribution
Ushering and directional assistance
Help desk and member services support
Following supervisor direction and station assignments
Assignments may vary based on event needs.
$18.50–$22.50 per hour (based on experience and role assignment)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable using basic event technology
Black slacks, white button-down shirt, black tie, and non-slip shoes required.
Professional attire support is available (excluding footwear).
