Job Description

Convention Registration & Support Staff

Center City Philadelphia | April 7–10, 2026

Premier Hospitality is seeking professional Convention Registration & Support Staff to support a multi-day association event in Center City Philadelphia.

This is a guest-facing role assisting with event credentialing, attendee services, and floor support within a structured convention environment. Staff will work as part of a managed team with onsite supervisors and clearly defined service standards.

This is a W-2 position (not independent contractor)

Job Responsibilities

• Attendee and exhibitor check-in
• Badge printing and scanning
• VIP and speaker registration support
• Member services and help desk assistance
• Line management and directional guidance
• Guest flow support throughout the convention space
• Following supervisor direction and station assignments

Assignments may vary based on event needs and traffic flow.

Schedule

Event Dates:
• Tuesday, April 7 (Training – afternoon -  not required for all positions)
• Wednesday, April 8
• Thursday, April 9
• Friday, April 10

Multiple shift times available, including early morning and afternoon start options.

Preferred: Availability for multiple event days.
Flexible scheduling considered.

5-hour minimum pay guarantee per shift.

Compensation

$18–$22 per hour, based on experience and role assignment
W-2 employment

Job Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Professional appearance and demeanor required
• Comfortable using basic technology and check-in systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable and punctual

Uniform Requirements

• Black non-slip shoes (required)
• Black slacks
• White button-down shirt
• Black necktie

Uniform assistance may be available for qualified team members. Details provided upon confirmation.

Previous experience in conventions, registration, hospitality, front desk, or guest services is preferred but not required.
