Job Description

Premier Hospitality is seeking reliable and professional Hospitality Staff for single shifts, multi-day assignments, and part-time opportunities throughout the Philadelphia area. Shifts are offered through our mobile app, allowing you to choose when and where you want to work. Opportunities are available in restaurants, hotels, catering companies, country clubs, and event venues. This flexible role is perfect for individuals looking for part-time work, supplemental income, or short-term temporary placements.
Pay Range: $17–$23 per hour, based on position and experience 

 

Job Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service across various hospitality environments

Perform setup, service, support, and breakdown tasks as assigned

Manage and accept single-shift, multi-day, or part-time assignments through the Premier Hospitality app

Maintain a polished, professional demeanor at all times

Follow venue-specific service standards and procedures

Work effectively with onsite teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences

Arrive on time, prepared, and ready for each scheduled shift

Adapt quickly to new venues, event types, and service styles

Job Requirements

Strong customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude

Ability to work flexible single shifts, multi-day shifts, or part-time schedules

Hospitality experience is helpful but not always required

Reliability, punctuality, and strong communication skills

Comfortable working in fast-paced or high-volume environments

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight when needed

Interest in temporary placements ranging from one week to one year
