Job Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items for a variety of upscale catering events

Assist with kitchen setup, service execution, and event breakdown

Ensure quality food presentation and timely service during events

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety

Coordinate with Event Chefs and service staff for smooth kitchen operations

Help with inventory, food transport, and equipment loading/unloading as needed

Job Requirements

1–3 years of cooking experience in catering, banquets, restaurants, or production kitchens

Strong knife skills and cooking techniques

Ability to follow recipes and plating guidelines

Must be able to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long hours

Dependable, team-oriented, and professional in appearance and attitude

Comfortable working in fast-paced, on-site event environments

Flexible schedule; evening and weekend availability preferred
