Job Requirements

Requirements

Required:

2–10+ years of hospitality leadership or supervisory experience

Strong team leadership, scheduling, and guest service skills

Ability to manage operations in fast-paced environments

Excellent communication and decision-making ability

Preferred:

Degree or certification in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or Business

Valid certifications such as Serve Safe, TIPS, or equivalent

Experience with POS, PMS, purchasing, or scheduling software
