Premier Event Staff is hiring outgoing and dependable Convention Staff to support high-end conferences, trade shows, and corporate events across the Orlando Florida area. Job Responsibilities

Depending on the assignment, your responsibilities may include:

Greeting attendees and managing check-in at registration desks

Checking badges and monitoring access to specific areas

Supporting A/V and logistics as a room monitor

Directing foot traffic and managing crowd flow

Providing information and assistance at help desks

Guiding attendees through the venue as a greeter or directional staff

Monitoring exhibitor booths and ensuring compliance

Assisting speakers or presenters with timing and materials

Coordinating audience Q&A during panels

Delivering VIP service in exclusive areas

Supporting general event operations as needed

Required:

Strong customer service and communication skills

Professional appearance and polished demeanor

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Punctual, reliable, and able to follow directions

Preferred:

Prior experience in hospitality, events, or guest services

Comfort using technology (e.g., check-in tablets)

Availability for weekday and weekend shifts
